The hotel had a bit of a damp smell, like a room closed for a very long time, and the furnishings were quite basic. The service, however, was great with friendly staff like Jennifer, Karla, and Alan. The location is ideal for those traveling to the North, and the dining experience, although with an awkward atmosphere, was excellent with Italian products. Overall, it's a decent spot if you can overlook the room issues.
